I am very excited to start this blog. If you are like me and enjoy wide-open roads, adrenaline-filled fun, and trying new things, then you should stick around. I have so much to share, with plenty of years exploring trails, chasing sunrises, and staring at the stars. Let me know what type of content you are interested in, leave a comment on this first post!

For my first post, I want to highlight one of my favorite things, which is my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. This truck has over 140,000 miles in just 6 years of ownership. That is a testament of just how many places I have explored in this truck. Over the past 6 years, I have worked to create my dream off-roading setup with this truck. Through trial and error, I have gone from knowing nothing about wrenching on my vehicles to being able to complete all general maintenance and being fully capable of installing modifications completely in my driveway. This truck has gone through multiple setup rebuilds, but this is the current setup (full build breakdown to come).

  1. 2020 Toyota Tacoma Build Plan – Backroad Pursuit Avatar

[…] My 2020 Toyota Tacoma is currently at 140,000 miles. I have gone through many different build phases, which can be reviewed in this blog post. As my truck sits, I plan to add some more mods to finish out the perfect mid-travel suspension build. The front suspension of the truck is complete to my liking. The rear suspension is what needs the most work. View my current front and rear suspension setup in this post. […]
